Little bit about Me

I have been a medical cannabis patient since March 2018. I have multiple conditions including autoimmune. I am passionate about the acidic cannabinoids and the Endocannabinoid System.

Tamara Wilton is a passionate advocate for holistic health and wellness, specializing as a Certified Medical Cannabis Coach and Educator. With a deep commitment to empowering individuals in their journey towards mental and physical well-being, Tamara has dedicated herself to understanding the intricate workings of the Endocannabinoid System.

She is on the board of the Nonprofit organization EduCanNation and aligns strongly with their vision and mission. She loves that the organization is devoted to improving the quality of cannabis education and care across our nation, and beyond!

As a member of Healer since 2019, Tamara continues to expand her knowledge under the guidance of experts like Dr. Dustin Sulak, author of the "Handbook of Cannabis for Clinicians." Recently, she furthered her expertise through intensive study with Dr. Bonni Goldstein, renowned author of “Cannabis is Medicine,” enhancing her understanding of the therapeutic potential of cannabis.

Tamara's journey into cannabis advocacy began during perimenopause, evolving as she discovered its profound impact on managing multiple health conditions. Frustrated by the lack of support from traditional medical channels, she sought alternative solutions, ultimately finding empowerment and healing through education and self-discovery.

Driven by her own transformative experience, Tamara founded Mama Bear Canna Coaching in March 2021, with a mission to guide and support others on their wellness journeys. She believes in the importance of nurturing a deep connection between individuals and their bodies, as well as fostering a harmonious relationship with the Earth Mother.

Through her coaching practice and engaging social media presence, Tamara endeavors to demystify cannabis, advocate for informed decision-making, and promote holistic well-being. Her approach is rooted in compassion, education, and a profound respect for the innate wisdom of the human body.
